We have a vacancy for a Lettings Negotiator in our South Bank & Waterloo branch.

Requirements:

  • At least one years’ experience in a Lettings role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Able to build good rapport with ease
  • Self-starting with the desire to succeed
  • Outstanding negotiation and networking skills

Sales Administrator

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join the busy team in our City of London office.

The position requires a highly organised individual with the ability to use their own initiative, be pro-active and have great communication skills. The candidate must be well presented, able to work under pressure, have a high level of accuracy and a good eye for detail. Computer skills are essential with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. All other training will be provided. Minimum of 12 months administrative experience is essential, preferably in a property environment.  A good understanding of social media would be an advantage.

Working hours are: Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.
