Commuters from Barbican to the City and Central London will have very relaxing mornings, with a simple walk to Bank taking under 15 minutes, and the tube taking half that time. A tube journey into the West End will take you under 20 minutes, but you could equally walk it in just half an hour! Think how great that option will be on those summer evenings.

Crossrail: when it opens at Farringdon later this year, travel time will reduce from 25 to 8 minutes to Canary wharf, and from 18 minutes to 4 minutes to Bond Street.

Gatwick– Thameslink trains run through the night from London stations to London Gatwick Airport. With 4 trains an hour in the daytime – 50 minutes from Farringdon

City – DLR – Bank to City airport 21 mins – Bank to Canary Wharf 12 mins

Stanstead – Liverpool s to stansted station approx. 52 minutes

When the Elizabeth line opens in 2018 Farringdon station will be one of the busiest in the UK, connecting with Thameslink and the London Underground to provide links with outer London, the home counties, the City, Canary Wharf and three of London’s five airports.
