The City area is jam-packed with 14 tube stations, stretching from the northern border with Angel, down through Barbican all the way to Blackfriars, London Bridge and Tower Hill – and it’s got more train stations than a Monopoly board! Travel options are never a problem in this area.

Heathrow Airport is about 70 minutes’ away via 2 tubes. This will shorten to approximately 40 minutes from December 2019, when a total of six Elizabeth line trains per hour will serve Heathrow Terminals; four will go to Terminals 2, 3 and 4 and two will go to Terminals 2, 3 and 5.
For Gatwick, Thameslink trains run through the night from London stations to London Gatwick Airport; four trains per hour throughout the daytime, which take 50 minutes from Farringdon.
City Airport is 21 minutes away, on the DLR from Bank; Bank to Canary Wharf takes 12 minutes.
Stansted Airport is approximately 52 minutes from Liverpool Street Station.
